He’s all ears…

Psychological Suspense Thriller Novels

Howdy from Texas,

Hopefully, April is off to a spectacular start for you.

Things are eggcellent here. As soon as I wrap up this blog post, I’m off to make some eggs to dye for + to fill a bunch of plastic eggs with candy and cash. I’m not sure who is more excited about the hunt, the children or Gatsby. He’s seen the stash, and he is certain it’s all for him. So, we shall see how this goes. Fingers crossed his puppy-friendly eggs are all they’re cracked up to be.

I mean… I’ve just dedicated an entire psychological suspense, thriller novel to him and you’d think that would be enough. But no. Quite the contrary, the whole thing has given him a very big head. And, I suppose, rightfully so.

Thanks to you:

🥂 Kill Me Tomorrow is a bestselling psychological suspense, thriller novel that’s going live on Amazon as a pre-order in multiple categories. It also hit the bestseller lists in both e-book and paperback. And it ranked as a new and notable title on Apple Books.

📝 The reviews coming in make me so egg-cited + they’re much appreciated as Gatsby insists I read them each night as he dozes off. I’m thrilled that this psychological suspense, thriller novel has resonated with so many of you! Please keep them coming! It gets old reading the same bedtime story every night:

“I absolutely love Britney King’s books. This one was off the charts. OMG. Did not see this end coming ever!!! Ethan Lane, a divorced man with two children who also suffers from PTSD because he had three children but one got killed during a break-in. He is hired by a very wealthy woman to find out who killed someone close to her. Then it appears that all these bachelor men are dying or being killed. Then there is a senator’s son who also has been killed. It appears that men who use a particular dating app are getting killed. Then there is Ali the sex therapist who looks definitely like the guilty one. I do not want to go further with my review because I do not want to give away any spoilers… If you like psychological thrillers with a major twist then this book is for you. Fantastic!!!”

“No one writes psychological thrillers better than Britney King. I have made that statement in reviews of her previous novels, but it merits repeating since she has upped her game yet another notch in Kill Me Tomorrow. All of the things that I love about her books are on display in her marvelous latest release; however, at a superlative rather than merely an excellent level.

The final few chapters have more twists and turns than a bag full of snakes. For me, and I expect most readers, there were many unexpected and unpredicted surprises. This type of ending is usually the case in a Britney King novel, and just one more thing that makes her books such a delightful reading adventure!

“Kill Me Tomorrow is most definitely a 5-star read! In my opinion, it is her best book yet. Keyword “yet.” She has pleasantly surprised me so often that I am not sure that Britney King has a ceiling as a writer!”

“I always get excited when Britney King has a new book coming out, and Kill Me Tomorrow: A Psychological Thriller completely lived up to any expectations I might have had. This book was just as intense as her other novels, but I loved the addition of a PI (private investigator) to this storyline. I thought King’s writing was spot on, and I found myself reading a bit slower than I normally do with her books, but without any less fervor. I was hooked from the beginning like I always am, and I had a ton of fun with the different points of view. I had a suspicion of what was going on, but I didn’t have it completely pinned down and still managed to be surprised at the end. Kill Me Tomorrow is a dark and gritty psychological thriller worth every minute it takes to read.”

“Britney King is a new author for me and I will be coming back for more. She masters the twist at the end that surprises you, even if you think you figured it out. Kill Me Tomorrow is a psychological thriller that is in tune with today’s trends for dating: the app. Loaded with sensuality, Ali is a perfect anti-heroine and Ethan is a vulnerable, middle-aged divorcee. This book is told from three POV’s: Ethan, Ali, and the killer. But maybe only two???? Keep your lights on, delete your dating apps and read on.”

“Again, Britney King has created an immensely powerful story, with complex characters. Her gritty, raw storyline drew me in from the first page and kept me captive inside the book until the end. King has a gift for developing psychological suspense novels that are clearly in a league of their own. I jumped into this book with both feet and never wanted it to end. Excellent and intriguing. Highly recommend!”

“Yes, another big hit for Britney King. If you are into psychological thrillers, don’t miss this one! Murder. Mystery. Suspicion. Danger. Dating app. Sex therapy. Multi partners. Secrets. You’ll need to read in one sitting!”

“As always, I had difficulty putting this book down. I thought I knew where the book was heading, but as always, I had it wrong. I got a little confused with the ending and even reread several chapters because I thought I missed something. But overall, I enjoyed the book. It was an easy read and worth the sleep I lost because I couldn’t put it down!”

“Just as twisted and wild as everything else she’s written, and I love it. Kept me on the edge of my seat and I was once again blindsided with a great reveal. Totally bingeable and worth every minute.”

“Ethan Lane is hired to find a killer. He discovers men using a dating app are being killed. He goes undercover, creating a similar profile on the app to try to catch a killer. This is a page-turning psychological thriller. It captures your interest from the beginning. An ending I did not see coming. Britney King is a gifted writer. Her novels are hard to put down.”

I wish you a hoppy Easter weekend if you partake, or a happy time if you don’t. Hope it’s filled with the things you love, lots of time for reading, and a fun surprise or two. And while you might not carrot at all, I hope you know I think you are ear-resistible.
